01General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 7n7 platform and its users (hereinafter "Members"). By creating an account or using any service through the 7n7 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

7n7 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

02Account Registration & Verification

To become a 7n7 member, you must register an account using accurate and truthful information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

03Age Requirement & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old to register an account on 7n7 and use any gaming or betting service. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all transactions will be voided. Protecting minors is our highest priority under the 7n7 Terms and Conditions.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits on 7n7 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and will be as shown on the platform.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• It is recommended that you withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected.
• Deposits cannot be cancelled; once funds are added to your balance, they are available for gameplay.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

7n7 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after a specified wagering amount has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• 7n7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonus cashback and refund offers are subject to specific turnover requirements.

06Betting Rules

All betting activity on 7n7 is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets are accepted up until the start of a match or event; for live betting, bets can also be placed while the event is in progress.

• 7n7 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect or inconsistent odds.
• If an announced result changes due to a technical error, 7n7 will apply the corrected result.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and a refund will be issued.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market.
• 7n7 reserves the right to void transactions where abnormal winnings result from software bugs or system loopholes.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7n7 platform. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in account termination and legal action.

• Using another member's account or stealing account credentials.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other unauthorised programs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

08Privacy & Data Protection

• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

• Requests to delete any data can be submitted through support.

09Responsible Gaming Policy
